Courage to Come Back

We can do it!
We can do it!

There is a kind of courage that doesn’t get talked about enough.

Not the bold, spotlight courage of doing something for the first time — but the quieter, deeper courage of coming back after you’ve tried before.

This is our third attempt at launching the Call Me Courage Podcast.

And instead of seeing that as a failure, I see it as proof of growth.

When Courage Looks Like Starting Again

Over the years, Call Me Courage has taken a few different forms. We explored courage and confidence coaching. We held space for meaningful conversations. We followed the pull when it felt right — and stepped back when it didn’t fully stick.

That pause wasn’t quitting. It was listening.

Sometimes courage is knowing when something needs to rest so it can return in a truer form.

What We Learned Along the Way

Each attempt taught us something invaluable:

  • Courage isn’t about forcing momentum — it’s about alignment

  • Confidence grows through self-trust, not pressure

  • You can love something deeply and still need time to mature into it

  • Starting again doesn’t erase progress — it builds on it

Every version of Call Me Courage brought us closer to what it was always meant to be.

Why This Time Feels Different

This time, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned — personally, professionally, and spiritually — to the table. And I’m so excited to share that evolution with my co-host.

We’re no longer trying to be courage. We’re living it.

The conversations feel more grounded. The message feels clearer. The courage feels embodied, not performative.

Sharing Courage, Not Perfection

This podcast isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about:

  • Finding courage in everyday moments

  • Rebuilding confidence after doubt or burnout

  • Listening to your inner wisdom

  • Choosing kindness — especially toward yourself

We’re here to share real stories, real lessons, and practical tips for finding your courage in a way that actually fits your life.

If You’ve Been Thinking About Coming Back Too…

Let this be your reminder:

You are allowed to return to a dream. You are allowed to change how it looks. You are allowed to start again — wiser, softer, stronger.

The courage to come back is powerful.

And sometimes, it’s the bravest thing you’ll ever do.

Your strength lies within.

Much Love,

Kena🌻
